Directions for Use:

Take 3 to 6 times per day to relieve symptoms associated with cold and flu, including: sinus congestion, achiness, chills, headache and fever.

Adults and Children 12 or older: Hold spray close to your open mouth and spray twice directly under your tongue. Wait 1 or 2 minutes before swallowing. For severe symptoms, dosage may be taken up to 6 times per day. Take hourly the first day or at the onset of symptoms or when entering a heavily populated area such as a classroom or airplane.
